What Do We Do? Who Do We Serve?

We are making a meaningful impact in our community by providing affordable housing in a safe, clean, and stable home. Our program serve independent individuals who are low income, approaching homelessness, and who are credit challenged. We prioritize veterans, senior citizens, the homeless, the disabled, aging out adult youth, displaced LGBTQ+ community, and more. Our clients are independent or high functioning adults who do not require supervision or 24hr care.

All-Inclusive Homes

Our homes offer a shared living space with semi and private rooms available. All appliances, utilities, and household essentials are included in a low affordable
payment. The properties are decorated with a modern design, quality furniture, and all the comforts of home. Our clients
also enjoy other amenities such as central
air, cable, wifi, smart tvs, home phone,
security system, onsite laundry, and lawnservice. Our properties are
conveniently located near grocery stores,
pharmacies, shopping centers, restaurants,
and in close distance to public
transportation.

Safety and Dedication

Our team works around the clock to make sure we deliver on time, every time to support our client's each and every needs. Weekly checks are done and open communication is of most importantance. House meetings are encouraged regularly to assure all concerns and suggestions are acknowledged. We enforce policy and follow safety precautions to protect our clients and ensure their safety at all times.
We are dedicated to helping our community in need with a mission to end homelessness one bed at a time.

Consulting Service

We work closely and consult with other providers in the community, helping to assist clients with acquiring proper placement. We refer them to an available
program that is compatible to their specific needs. We offer our clients life management strategies and
recommendations for counseling, life
coaching, and support groups. Information is also given about resources for other
help programs they may qualify for.
All needed homecare services is outsourced to a homecare agency on the
behalf of our clients. As a courtesy,
assistance with scheduling transportation
services is also available upon request.
